Definitely not. Just like any other animals, bats have gastrointestinal tract that processes food from the mouth as the entrance down to the anus as the exit.

They defecate (and urinate) during their flights and as need arises while roosting. Since clinging upside-down is their roosting position, they lift their wings and head to the upright position then cling on the roosting place with their thumbs while releasing the back feet off the cling. The body are then pivoted downward to do an "unmessy" defecation (and urination). After finishing, normal roosting position will be resumed.
