Do all women experience spotting when the egg is implanted or only some ?

Some women do and some women don't. I never had any spotting or cramps (which can also come from implantation.)

It is a low percentage that experience implantation spotting. I have been pregnant 6 times and have NEVER had this happen.

I've never even felt myself ovulating before. Only some women experince spotting when ovulating or implantion bleeding.

Studies show only about 30% of women who become pregnant report what they believe to be implantation bleeding. Sometimes it's just breakthrough bleeding which is commonly thought to be a period, when actually a woman is pregnant.

About 20% will get implantation bleeding. I didn't have any. My mom had it with me but not my brothers.

Pregnant one time in my life and did not have spotting at all. Come to think of it, I didn't even have cramping....all women are different.
