It depends where they play.
If the AL team plays in Colorado there won't be a DH
If Colorado plays in the AL's home town then there will be a DH.

Where you been, lad? That plan was phased out over 20 years ago. Now the DH is used in AL home parks, and not in NL home parks. And that's all of it.
This year the AL will host Games 1, 2, 6, and 7.

They don't alternate years anymore like they used to. Today they base the DH in World Series depending on which league wins in the All Star Game. This year the American League won 5 - 4 so the DH will be in play.
So this year the American League will have home feild advantage. But when the Indians or Sox play in the Rockies stadium there is no DH, but if this year the National League won the All Star Game, then the National League would have had home field advantage this year, instead of the American League.

I may be wrong , but I thought the designated hitter rule was in effect when the game was being played in the American League park . If there is a designated hitter 'year' I am unaware of it .
