warm it first, it releases the amino acid tryptophan which helps you sleep, just like in turkey. Tryptophan helps the body produce serotonin that acts as a calming agent, to help you sleep.
Works best on an empty stomach.

My daughter likes a cup of warm milk at bedtime. It is very arelaxing ritual.

The ingredient that puts you to sleep is Tryptophan the same thing that's in turkey. That's why ppl get so mellow after Thanksgiving dinner.

If you're having trouble falling asleep, try one benadryl and 3 ibuprofin. Within an hour, you're out like a light.

if it's warm, the warmth activates the ingrediant that helps put u to sleep.

i usually eat eggs or turkey before bed. they have the same ingrediant.

it has some ingredient or something in it that supposedly calms down your brain to help you relax.

thats what the doctor told me. but it dosent help me all that much.
