1) they are raised to be stupid
2) the are mentally stupid and they can't do anything about it
3) we need people to make us smart people feel smart.
4) if theres good there has to be bad, if theres smart people there has to be stupid people.
5) its what they think and many times their stupid views are accepted.
i hope you mean in the way, how people are racists and some sexists.

-Stupid people reproduce faster than smart people
-Higher teen pregnancy of stupid people
-More physical than intellectual
-Have more kids than smart people
-Don't learn the first time
- Smart people tend to get killed by stupid people before they can have kids
-Drunk drivers, robbers with guns who don't know how to use them etc.
-There is not more natural selection
- Stupid people are saved by smart people and the government when they should die
-Taken by ambulance or helicopter to ER after getting in a wreck, over dosing, shooting himself with a nail gun etc.
- No more competition for food
-Welfare and other government agencies make sure they don't starve because of how many kids they have, making so the parent's don't have to work as hard
- No predators to kill them off
- Only killing predators are other stupid people
- No competition for mates
- as many stupid men as stupid women

What makes you so smart? Why can't stupid people be happy too? They have the rights we do. I think it's rather stupid to consider yourself superior to people anyway. Some people SEEM stupid and then ZAP! You look like an idiot. But stupid people are all right. I like a lot of them. We can't all be the same.

Because it is now socially acceptable and people no longer take pride in being accomplished. Morals, manners and responsibility have gone the same way.
