A block with mass m = 12.9 kg slides down an inclined plane of slope angle 22.6 ° with a constant velocity. It is then projected up the same plane with an initial speed 4.80 m/s. How far up the incline will the block move before coming to rest?

The first part tells you enough to compute the force of friction

f=12.9*sin(22.6)

Then using conservation of energy
.5*12.9*4.8^2=
12.9*D*sin(22.6)*(9.8*sin(22.6)-1)

where D is the distance
