Can I learn everything only by reading the book? Or should I need to go any institution? Is there any good and affordable institution in NYC for learning VB?

Learning programming certainly needs a lot of self study. Although you go to institutions and classes you will not get it unless you do it yourself. If you are actually interested in learning Visual Basic, I recommend you the following website:
