Difficult to say for sure but from what i know-Pharaoh Sneferu started or completed the Meidum pyramid and set the pattern for the rest of the old kingdom (his total was four)he was the first ruler actualy the king of the forth dynasty 2613-2589 bc. close as i can come its a big study.-Step pyramids./ the better ones came later.
