In my entire life, I've never heard anyone say they hated Deep Purple.... until today. It's okay, he listens to Nickelback.
So what are some bands you thought was impossible to hate and recently found someone who did hate them?

Fonzie T: I also thought Beatles and Zep till i found Y!A.... alot of people on this site hates alot of stuff. I've heard one to many times that Floyd is "boring".

Until getting on here.. I though everybody loved Queen.. But there's a ton of people around that don't. It is weird.

i dont 'hate' any music...just because there are some bands i dont enjoy listening to doesnt mean i hate them...i respect deep purple, pink floyd, zep, the beatles, all those music greats. but i dont particularly like their music....theres nothing wrong with that. everyoen has their own taste

I think the bottom line here at Y!A is there's way too much hate....period. It's not just bands or artists, it's everything from the type of socks you wear to the pancakes you eat.
I just inserted "hate" into the Y!Answers search box and came up with 291,814 results.
I thought a lot of bands were impossible to hate (Beatles, Young Rascals, Uriah Heep, Three Dog Night, Yes, The Police, Phil Collins, 3 Doors Down, etc. etc. etc.) until I came here.

In the last few years I've met people who hate the Beatles, the Stones, Floyd, the Who, Yes and the Doors. I myself, have begun to hate U2, and I can't believe it.

I thought that everyone loves The Beatles until about a week ago... a guy at my school doesn't like their music. That's honestly the first person I've met that doesn't like their music.
