now here is a good question, and someone will invariably get a best answer when i would more than likely there are many best answers, it all depends on the perspective of the person answering.
Me well i am a bit shallow, so i do look for some physical aspects, although these are always complimented or brought out by personalty. Yeah yeah crazy right, not so much really
I have met on gone on dates with some women who friends would give a leg to be with, yet after 20 minutes i was looking for the door, they we're either dumb as posts and knew there looks were carrying them, or just down right rude.
Beauty is within a woman, it is her charm, her grace, her aura. these things compliment her, as she graces a room.
In a conversation, her eyes her lips, even the curl at the end of her nose can be brought out with an intelligent opinion.
A beautiful woman, hmmm what defines that, my simple answer, would be her. She defines how beautiful she really is to me.

You can't single one thing out. A combination of many things will make a woman beautiful. Physical beauty plus a charming personality will make a person beautiful.

A great question! It really helps to have a great body, attractive face, glowing skin and glossy hair. However aside from the obvious it is a self knowledge... a certain comfort with herself, when she does not need anyone elses approval to feel complete. When she is open minded enough to accept everyone for who they are, without the desperate need to change them to fit her impossibly high expectations. When she is intelligent and worldly enough to participate in any conversation. She is charming in her ability to make everyone around her feel at ease. She is content with the life she had created for herself, and it shows.

the way she treats others. a concieted, cold hearted woman is ugly no matter how pretty she looks on the outside.
a beautiful woman is one who smiles at everyone, always tries to cheer people up, doesn't think she's too good for anyone, and cares about more than just money and sexual pleasure.

She can beautify her looks by applying lite lite make up as to reveal her hidden beauty as well.

Her carriage, her determination, her drive, her face, shape, of course we can put boobs in there if that's what a man looks for, her attitude, her self reliance, her strength, the food she eats, whether or not she smokes consumes alcohol, whether or not she exercises, enjoys the fun things in life, how she views the world; probably a whole lot more that I haven't listed and oh yeah the big one how sexy she acts and looks.
