I think They're all equally likely.
And it plays in the movie as the motive for the Insane General to bomb the Soviet Union. He says they are poisoning our precious bodily fluids, and this stupid action in turn destroys the world.

Throwback to the old jock belief that sexual release weakens the body and would therefore practice abstinence before the "big game". The answer to your question would be "semen". And I thought the crazy general said it - not Strangelove who was confined to a wheelchair and probably paralyzed below the waist.

The don't define what they are in the movie, so you pick what you think.
It was Gen. Jack D. Ripper (Sterling Hayden) that said the Communists are sapping and contaminating "all our precious bodily fluids".
