I think my experiences have shown that dwelling in the past is never a good idea....but that doesn't always stop me from doing it. I try to enjoy the moment....but I often get so caught up in things that it is hard to really enjoy it. As for tomorrow....I try not to look too far ahead....it's just too daunting sometimes.

I do not dwell on the past it only makes me cry..... how can i enjoy the moment when i am not capable of breathing where my stress level is concerned, as far as tomorrow is concerned i am sorrry to have to say this because usally i am a stronge individual but I have lately hoped for NO tomorrow

...I'm not a fan of the future, although I try to plan for it, I don't fantasize about it...I'm pretty much a "present" time gal...but I visit the past on occasion...there was a time I would dwell on the past, but I'm breaking free of that whirlpool...it's been hard though...so many loved ones have passed on...I guess this is what they meant by "tough to get old"
