You may know where "queensway" and "peninsula plaza" are, but this is a World Wide Web, and nobody else has the slightest idea what you're talking about.
King Size Company is the best place for fat-guy clothes. They styles aren't 40 years out of date, and the prices are high, but a lot lower than most big and tall stores. This company is the same company that has the Just My Size catalog for women, and the Lane Bryant catalog for women (which is NOT the same company as Lane Bryant stores.) They have their own credit card, which is managed by crocodiles, but if you pay for your purchases with Visa or MasterCard instead, you can avoid all that nastiness, and they're OK to deal with in that case.
Haband and Company is a good place if you're only fat and not supersize. Admittedly, they used to be a lot better place when they were run by M.H., and were located in Patterson NJ. It's run by M.H.'s son Duke these days. M.H. used to make fun of Duke's capabilities, and we all thought he was kidding until Duke took over, and then we found out it was even worse than M.H. suggested. I bought some Palo Alto Cotton Shirts from Haband in the 1960s, and was still wearing them 30 years later, which says something about the quality of their shirts (and something about my inability to lose weight.) Their pants were never as good as their shirts, and the quality is substantially lower now, but it's still better than what you find at most stores.
Tractor stores and fleet supply stores have a pretty good assortment of work clothes, jeans, and flannel shirts in sizes up to 3X and 4X, but not much in the way of clothes to wear if someone's getting married or buried.
Walmart really has gone downhill. When they have something in the larger sizes, they will have big gaps, so you can get way too big, or way too small, but YOUR size will be long gone. Every time I shop WalMart, I think that if Sam Walton returned to life, he'd spend his billions on dynamite to blow those stores to smithereens; he ran a nice business, but these days, WalMart really is an insult to his memory.
I realize that these don't sound like overwhelming raves, but big and tall joints tend to figure they don't have any competition, and unfortunately, they're almost right, so they don't go out of their way to make customers happy. Consequently, these lukewarm recommendations are the best of a pretty sorry assortment of vendors.

Um I shopped at Sears for clothing like one time a few years ago. Actually I think I was shopping for shoes and just browsed the clothing section. As for Mervyns, we used to have one around here and it was okay but it went out of business like four years ago...

Burlington Coat Factory has a lot of Roca Wear, Phat Farm and others on up to size 6X for much cheaper than you could buy elsewhere. Ebay is a great place to look!

Big & Tall has clothes for men. idk if it's at the same store as women's B&T or if men have a separate store though.
Not to sound mean, but maybe consider losing a little weight? I am concerned strictly for health reasons...take care of yourself okay? And don't call yourself a "fat guy." You're degrading yourself...if uncomfortable, improve don't degrade.
