When I was younger, my breasts developed very quickly (I had a c cup in the 7th grade which I had had for some time). Despite wearing bras of all kinds, my breasts sagged badly so I'm interested in how to give them volume though breast implants. I'm still a c. At most, I'd like to be a d cup (I'm not looking to be Pamela Anderson, just make them look a little better). What would my breasts feel like? Since I have bigger breasts naturally already, will they look and feel natural than someone who goes from an AA cup to a D? Can you please post info? I plan on getting them when I turn 18. Thanks.

My breasts are ugly. They look like the breasts of a 40 year old woman. And all the main sex symbols of the world have breast implants.

I have pain from my breasts sagging anyway. I can't exercise without pain. I'm pretty strong and my breasts are already heavy so I don't think they'd give me that much back pain.

Also my c cups look smaller on me because I'm muscular and tall along with being bigger boned.

Mine also sagged more because I lost over a hundred pounds after being put on steriods for asthma.

Get some self esteem! You probably don't need them anyway.
Also, although large breasts may appear good with clothes on, as soon as you get into an intimate situation, men discover how nasty and hard they feel. It's actually a HUGE turnoff for many men to touch fake breasts! Plus, women with fake breasts always seem to have "more issues" in life. In other words, they tend to be head cases. Do you want to be considered a head case?
There's nothing better than the softness of real breasts, regardless of how big or small they be!
Personally, I've found that 34B is perfect for me!

You are at a good size if you like large breasts. Anything bigger than a C and you start to find they get in the way and their weight can cause back and shoulder issues.
If the sagginess is an issue, look into a breast lift instead. The doctor actually pulls the skin above the breasts more taught, lifting your breast. This will make you appear fuller and larger. I would imagine this would be less expensive, and surely it has got to be less invasive, thus a less painful recovery. I have not had this done, so I am just guessing on price and recovery. (I hope to get it done once I finish school and have a good income ... three kids really makes them sag.)
The advantage to a lift is you are still dealing with 100% natural breast, so you don't have to worry at all about that unnatural silicone look.

Frankly I wouldn't go bigger than a C cup, going bigger is just asking for back pain.
I'd go for just a plain old breast LIFT instead.

Your breast are perfect fine. I would not change it as all. If I were you to leave your breast as it. You can not get breast implant you will be 18. Breast Implant are not great place. I'm sure some ones will tell you about breast implant.
