um the same way people with out it do?
i have adhd and it changes nothing except your mind moves faster. the people closest to me have told me that they like me more because i have it, it makes me more funny....having adhd doesnt mean you are a total mutant that should be shunned from society.

they can, they just have to find the person that loves them for them, and dont care if they have ADHD
there ARE lots of people who tolerate that kinda thing...
they can love just like ne one who dont have it...just bcuz they have that hyperness doesnt mean they cant love..
ne one with a heart and feelings can find love.

Love has nothing to do with difficulties in paying attention, impulsivities, hyperness, etc. It's not some freaky disease. Sheesh!!!!
