Ok well heres the deal

On labor day I started running and biking to get into better shape to train in tkd and other styles but about 2 months later I just got bored and stopped and I need reason to start back but its really hard

The best motivation to train is to train for something. Pick out a local race and enter it well in advance, maybe a 5K.

I run road races all year, and that keeps me running and working out all year long, even if I don't feel like it.

I also do weekly motivation, I try to run a minimum of 20 miles a week, and I keep a log book to write it down. Every week when I meet my goal, I reward myself with something.
