On a CD, the space between tracks is about 1.6 microns, versus spacing on a DVD-R which is about 0.74-0.8 microns. This track spacing is important because this is why we have CDs and DVDs that are physically the same size, but have different storage capacities.

CDs and DVDs store data much like vinyl records did - in a spiral. The length of the spiral is directly related to the spacing between the tracks - since the tracks are tighter in DVDs, the overall spiral length is longer, which means you can have more data on that disk. (There are other factors that make CDs and DVDs different in terms of storage capacity - don't think that this is the only defining characteristic differentiating the two.)

there is not any much less costly way, betta to purchase an exterior complicatedchronic is often good to save each and everything alongside with %. and video clips and all application softwares you have already have been given put in that in case you get to loose it, its purely a click away with the complicatedchronic and getting each and everything back back. =D
