Probably the answer you are looking for is a trapezoid...like this:

But in reality, a polygon is not restricted to just four sides, so it could actually be any number of shapes...this one is also a polygon with two right angles and only one set of parallel sides:

|....|
|___|
(ignore the dots...they are just to try to get the shapes to come out looking right)

Well the polygon with the fewest number of sides having the properties you desribed is a trapezoid, also called a trapezium. But there are an infinite number of polygons that have two right angles and only one pair of parallel sides.
Try a pentagon, then a hexagon, etc. You will see it is possible.
