i need to make a website for a buisness i own, i need to know how to make it, how much it costs or if its free, and i need it so anyone can view it.

First you need to purchase a DOMAIN name.
Next you need to get a Hosting Service that will let you post your site on there servers to be on the World Wide Web.
Lastly you need the software to design develop and maintain the web site.
I have found that the best for the money that furnishes everything you need is Yahoo's Geocities.

Most in general, the filters a tied as much as your ISP as what your mother paid it for! :D Anything with the phrase s3x or p0rn or f^ck or comparable phrases will likely be blocked via it. Best factor to do is... cross to an web cafe and do your study there.
