Mine - when i was She-Ra, i loved it i wore that costume for like a week. my mom had to hide it from me.

I always went as a witch. I even painted my nails black. I still dressed up till my kids were too old to trick or treat. They loved me to dress up with them. She-Ra Queen of the Jungle!

Wasn't allowed - my nan was high church and said it was mocking the dead! Had a Halloween party long afterwards when my kids were grown I was a Gypsy fortune teller (bit peeved as one daughter made lovely vampire so couldn't really do that and spoil her thunder could I?)

I had many great costumes but, my favorites were Pocahontas and Reese's peanut butter cup package! I won awards for both of those costumes.

When I went as an "upside down man".
Confused the hell out of everyone.
So picture this:
My hands were his feet,
and my feet were his hands.
So it "looked" like I was walking upside down ;)

a "butterfly ninja"
I wanted to be a ninja, but my mom already bought the butterfly wings.. so i went as both, my wings over my karate suit.. oh god, that was the best

an old dirty hand-me down clown costume
2 times too big for me
the next year i got to wear my mother's old wig and one of her soiled hospital gowns
most of the neighbors felt so sorry for me they gave me money instead of candy
