You gotta get your hair all big and feathered out...neon biker pants under ripped jeans (like hot pink or neon yellow) Black shirt tied in knot to one side. lol. I seen pics of my mom lol

You must have on at least 3 belts (wide, neon ones), your hair must stand out at least 4 inches from your scalp (use Aquanet hairspray in the white can). Anything ripped and BIG earrings. Points if you have animal print spandex pants.
