im trying to just smoke weed on the weekends as its messin me up durin the week cuz i got school...i TRY not to but i just dont know what to do...i need some help

Caffeine might give you the little bit of buzz you need to get you past the ‘prime smok’in’ hours of between waking up and first bell…

Take 1 caffeine pill as you walk out the door and you should get a slight head-space within 15 min’s.

You need to avoid the people/places that you know will make you wanna smoke…

Like, when I was at this one school there was ALWAYS a group standing by the far end of the park… I smoked with them every day… So if I needed to stay clear headed that day I stayed clear of that group until it was close enough to class that I knew we didn’t have time.

You might need to start making some new friends or put the one’s you have in the know…

Cutting back is ALWAYS a good idea…

EXPECIALLY during school!

let me tell you what is messin you up the weed. yep, its got alot of stuff in it depending on where you bought your stuff from and it causes parnoia and abunch of stuff. be careful cause its hard to stop once youa re really hooked. only way to rid yourself of smoking is by being hipnotized. i mean a good doctor can do it not everyone can but it does work. so i would head there and stop period or you maybe in for a bad shock of how badly you will use this stuff. take care.

try to think about things other than weed participate in healthy thing like track, or sports and eat healthy foods, buy yourself gum and whenever you want to smoke chew on a piece of gum or brush your teeth and you wont want to smoke i hope i helped good luck and god bless.
