There is nothing illegal being done. Clinton used FISA to catch an American born terrorist named Jose Padilla ( Muslim terrorist). Also, the 2nd Amendment isn't going change anytime soon. Democrats pick and choose which amendments they like.
The FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act ) is based upon a Supreme Court ruling in 1972.
In March 2006 a hearing was held that was called "Wartime Executive Powers and the FISA Court"
The most famous FISA Judge Allan Kornblum (also a constitutional expert) said: " The Supreme Court said that the Fourth Amendment was highly flexible, and that the standard for criminal, what they call ordinary crimes, what I would call traditional law enforcement, need not be the same as that for foreign intelligence collection, and that different standards for different Government purposes are compatible with the Fourth Amendment."
"As you know, in Article I, section 8, Congress has enumerated powers as well as the power to legislate all enactments necessary and proper to their specific authorities, and I believe that is what the President has, similar authority to take executive action necessary and proper to carry out his enumerated responsibilities of which today we are only talking about surveillance of Americans."
Also: "Title III explicitly recognized presidential authority to take measures to protect national security, and in a 1972 case, United States v. United States District Court (often called the Keith case)

The Fourth Amendment protects us against unreasonable searches and seizures, unless with a warrant, and that warrant must describe what is to be searched and the things or people to be seized. The amendment, also protects people, not just property.

Many of the Bush fans, feel that if you have nothing to hide, than what is the harm of the government searching your house, belongings, or persons. The problem is this violates the very intent of the founding fathers. We have nothing to hide, and should still feel safe and protected against unreasonable searches, regardless.
It is insane to think that terrorists are the only people who should care about the Constitution. Every American should care, but we all have the right not to care. It is classic propaganda, in order for people to fork over their rights. First, in order for people to give them up, you must tell them they should not care about them. If you care you are a terrorist, not much of a choice. Then its much easier to take.
The Constitution does not protect against them most of the time, but all of the time. Many Dems are guilty of criticizing thee Constitution as well. They passed the Patriot Act, which negates many portions of the Constitution, not just the 4th. Both sides are guilty of judging free Americans, as terrorists, or sympathizers for merely embracing their rights as Americans.
Only one person running for President agrees with liberty and peace. Ron Paul, he voted no on the Patriot Act and the war in Iraq. We need to support him, as he is the only one who will support us.

I do not believe that all Bush supporters know what the 4th amendment is.
Maybe you should explain what it is.
The Amendment guards against unreasonable searches and ... computers, and privacy in relation to the Fourth Amendment ... Constitution: 4th Amendment ...
Now, they can answer the question.
I support Bush and do not agree with what you said. I support the moral side when he fights for God.
I do not agree with your statement. I believe in our right to privacy.
Your statement is false.

Do you understand what you asked? We all care about our 4th amendment rights, only Democrats seem to think that terrorists and the people that actively support them should also have those rights. If people are planning to kill you and your family do you think the Government has the obligation to do its best to protect you?

Because Bush supporters only care about their own rights.
"I got mine, screw em all" is their philosophy.
