it happened about an hour ago, my eye is a little sore, theres a red mark the size of a bb on the white part. Its also a little bloodshot, my vision in that eye has gone a little blurry but i think its coming back, i can focus up close.

Problem is its 1am, is it worth going to the A&E or should i just wait and see what its like in the morning?

Time to visit the A&E. Even if there isn't a puncture in the eye, the shock of the blow from the BB can cause quite a bit of trouble - rupture of the iris, blood in the anterior chamber, injury to the retina, etc. The fact that the vision is blurry mandates evaluation for these injuries.

I had the same thing happen to me about a year ago and I got shot with a metal bb right in my eye. Just take care of it the best you can. Just blink and try not to touch it, and obviously if you do make sure you wash your hands before you do so. I just let mine heal. It took about 2 days for my vision to be perfect again. You'll probably have a blood red dot in your eye for about a week or 2 but it won't affect your vision

either way you need to get it checked out. you will probably want to see if you can get it removed.
