middle one and it has clusters of red berries. It is growing on our firewood and seems to be coming from the neighbour's yard. I'm hoping it's not poisonous.

Can you give us an idea of where you are in the world, and a photo or two posted someplace?

If you're worried about poison ivy or poison oak, you can relax, as those have white berries. But there are about 8 gazillion trifoliolate plants in the world, and at least half a gazillion with red berries. Roughly speaking.

Sounds like an alien invasive by the name of Schinus terebinthifolius or Brazil pepper tree. If it is get rid of it immediately as it is highly invasive.
