go to the website imdb.com/titles Hanah Montanna then click on the left side of the page you may have to scroll down to find it complete cast and crew click on it and then scroll down until you come to casting director you will see their names, look them up in Los angeles, or beverly hills or hollywood and call them ask if they are the ones casting the movie and ask if you can submit your photo for audition.

probabaly either in New York somewhere, California, or MONTANNA!
ahha, just kidding about the last one.
You're best bet is probably California, LA..because the show is shot there.
ASIDE FROM THAT.. THERE'S GOING TO BE A HANNAH MONTANNA MOVIE? weird, I've never heard of this.
