Why do you ask for "absolute" location? The normal English language usage is just to ask for the location of Germany, or even better, just say "Where is Germany?"

Adding the word "absolute" will get you strange looks from most native English speakers.

Latitude and longitude values are RELATIVE to the zero lines for these things. Latitude is relative to the equator, and longitude is relative to the prime meridian.
