I don"t know any people born on that cusp personally. I did come across a site which explains in detail cusp born people, and thought you might find it interesting.

My daughter is an Aquarius/Pisces cusp. I find her (to be): an extreme empath, psychically connected with people and animals, very sensitive, loving laughter, more insightful than her 11 years would lead one to believe, a lover of learning, easy going, sometimes a person who mistakes or misreads the intentions of others or their body language, deeply spiritual, a light sleeper, a person who has very vivid dreams and is prone (or was) to nightmares and night terrors, a lover of fashion and beautiful things--she's been reading Vogue since she was two and loves to wear lipstick and "girly" things, earthy; She tries to mother every being who crosses her path; extremely musical; in a hurry to be an adult and to grow up; very emotional; a person who pushes herself to learn, to excel, to accomplish; a person almost saintlike in her goodness and loving kindness. I was born on the libra/scorpio cusp. I believe I possess traits of libra and scorpio. I knew someone on the pisces aquarius cusp, they were very cool and outgoing and sociable.

Cusp people tend to be sort of crazy, they are most likely to be on drugs or do some kind of underworld type lifestyles. At least the ones that I have dealt with. They also can be very generous. I do know someone who is an Aquarius/ Pisces cusp and they have lived both the seedy side and nice side of life.
