Ffion is pronounced "Fee-on". It's quite well known in Wales, where I'm from.

Lucy is my sisters name and Jane is my mothers, hence why I am choosing them as middle names.

I've long loved both Ffion and Lorna. Love seeing them considered. ;)
Choosing, however, is difficult ... you're right! LOL I suppose it would depend on two things:
First, whom would you most like to honor with the middle name? If you prefer to use Lucy, for instance, that makes Ffion the easy choice. After all, Lorna Lucy, to switch it, isn't as attractive an option, so if you feel more strongly about Lucy than Jane (or vice versa, just using Lucy as the example), there you have it. ;)
Second, what sort of "feel" would you prefer the name to have? Lorna Jane is a very clean-cut, simple choice. Just very crisp and quaint ... pretty much the epitome of sweetness. ;) Ffion Lucy, on the other hand, is a bit more adventurous -- with an added touch of intrigue -- and then fun-loving, spunky Lucy to balance it all out.
I love them both, so obviously I can't choose (LOL), but maybe thinking of the options that way will help put them in perspective a bit? Here's hoping! And good luck! ;)
Edited to add: Wow! Apparently ignorance is not, in fact, bliss, because those who've obviously no clue as to the long history and classic usage of both of these have chosen to be unnecessarily rude. :( Such a shame when a made-up, meaningless "name" like Neveah or Braelynne can get rave reviews for being such a "unique" choice (they're not LOL), while a classic name that happens to actually be underused gets ignorant comments. Or worse, "helpful" suggestions of names that are completely off-base and in no way the Celtic style that would be an obvious fit here. LOL Again, such as shame ... and the names are lovely.

Ffion is a bad idea. Imagine all the trouble your kid will go through with it.
Lorna Jane is okay.
