Ferrari does not make body kits... they make bodies and body panels. The actual body panels are available from the factory (which are what is used to repair Ferrari's when needed).
Likewise, Ferrari (and Lamborghini) sell complete engines along with all other service parts.
The real question here is, why? For example, the cost of a fresh F360 V8, and set of front and rear fenders, will likely cost a little bit more than you can find a nice, low milage F360 selling for... and that one will include the WHOLE body, as well as an interior, suspension, etc.
If you want a kit car - you will most likely be able to convert something that will almost kind of resemble the real thing from a great distance, and deliver exactly none of the driving experience of the real thing, for $10-20k (depending on the quality and the cost of the base car involved).
If you want to build your own Ferrari using factory parts - you can expect to spend ~10 times the cost of the same car from the factory.
If you want to watch salvage yards and attempt to assemble your own car, you can probably obtain all the parts for ~60% the cost... but unless you are a Ferrari expert and able to do the rebuild work yourself, expect to have the final cost of the project come in somewhere around double the cost of buying a good car outright.
If you want an inexpensive Ferrari... understand there is no such thing. And that the purchase price in most cases is the small part as cost of ownership can be much higher!
But if you simply want the parts anyway, check with your nearest Ferrari dealer and order any and all items from the parts department (I'd expect the engine cost to be somewhere around $70k).

Engines are usually available only from the factory - and at VERY high prices. Since reliability is such a big issue with these engines, buying one second-hand from a junk yard (if you can even find one, which is doubtful) is extremely dicey.
And there is no such thing as a "real" Ferrari body kit. Ferrari doesn't make body kits, only complete cars.

You could probably but an engine from Ferrari or Lambo. You could see the companies that make Ferrari or Lambo bodykits on worldcarfans.com. Click on manufacturers and go to Ferrari or Lambo. look through the lists for tuners. Then you will see the Ferrari and Lambo tuners
