F1 without a doubt. I used to watch NASCAR and I even had tickets for Talladega for about 7 years but my true love is F1. I'm just more of a road racing fan in general than NASCAR. I want to see cars turn left and right, get the proper apex for a corner, or out brake another car to make a pass.
Plus I like the level of technology associated with F1. 2.4 liter V8 engines that turn out 19,000 revs!!! That just blows my mind.

I am one of the lucky ones in this world because I love all types of racing. Of these 2 I think it is pretty close to a tie. I like the F1 because of the speed and skill of the drivers. There reaction time is amazing and not only them but there pit stops should be measured light year speed. All the different tracks and countries.
NA$CAR is what get drove down the USA's throat daily and if you happen to fall into the grand scheme of things they can really brainwash you. The drivers are pretty good but I wouldn't put them in the same class as F1 drivers. All though there may be a couple of them with some time behind the F1 wheel might be good at it. I like the tracks in the southeast USA where it all started. NA$CAR is ruled by a similar too Bernie" Ecclestone dictator who comes up with some of the weirdest rule changes in motor sports.
I guess I watch about the same amount of races from each series and I will have to admit it is a bit easier to watch a race at noon rather than getting up at 6 am to watch the GP@ series race before the F1 race. But I do.

Who wouldn't like F1 over NASCAR! Didn't they start 6 or 8 cars at Indy last time! Man that had to be exciting.

I like Nascar, IRL and Formula 1, I follow all three.. When I lived in Europe I followed F1 all the time, went to nearly every course in Europe, it was great.. I grew up with Nascar in the south, and no I'm not a redneck, I live in Calif now...I want F! to come back to Long Beach...

i love F1, it is my obsession. i do watch NASCAR when i catch it on the TV, but here in the UK we don't really get the coverage. I'm sure i could get into it more if we were able to watch it.

NASCAR, the best F1 race this year was the Japan race and that was due to the rain.

I love all kinds of racing... but NASCAR definitely over rules F1!
