The problem is I got the front two bolts out and the back two refuse to budge. I WD-40'd it to death, yanked on it with ratchet, nothing works. I broke the socket trying to move it. Its a 15mm.

Is there possibly a nut on the other end of the bolt?

Try CRC FreezeOff Rust Penetrant. WD-40 is not a very powerful rust penetrant. The FreezeOff chills the metal and cracks the rust. Put a crummy socket over the nut and hit it with a hammer to set up vibrations. That will spread the solvent.

the ez jobs are the toughest liquid wrench works good i think of greater useful than wd40 first are specific you're removing the main suitable bolts ok than if rusted in then be careful to no longer striping bolt head paintings the bolt lower back and forth via tightening and loosening alittle at a time for specific you do no longer desire to bust the bolt off save employing liquid wrench air wrench works giving the bolt a surprising snap lower back be careful are you employing a million/2 wrench and use effect socket good success
