Anyhoo...tired - signing off for the night from my fav bunch of folk! Sleep well! Know someone cares, no matter how far away! :-)
I luv you guys and gals and you have pulled me through a really difficult period of late....

Pleasant dreams Hon. Sleep deep... sleep sweet. I like that someone says "good night" even if they're just saying Hi, or whatever... here at Y!A. It's friendly.... And there's not enough of that anymore. We're here for you... and anyone else that asks... It's almost time for me to "hit the sak" too lol, as I usually get up 'round 4 or 5 a.m. Thanks... G'nite.

Take a nice hot bath first with some of your favourite bath salts...the warmth and the smell on my skin always puts me straight off to sleep. And I ALWAYS sleep much more deeply when I am that relaxed.
