cuts ppl off or drives like an imbecile because she's either talking on the phone, doing her lips, doing her makeup in general? They get on my last nerve - and frankly - I don't see a lot of men who do this. Why? What is missing in these women's brain?

Sorry to hear that Jacksonville. I live in Florida too, and it seems it's so much worse down here... My buddy got run over by two ppl one night, in the rain ... none of them stopped. He lived, but I would brake that mf's legs if i caught him...

Yeah, I know Babo, but I'm just trying to spread the word to the women I guess. That lipstick/cell thing just makes me crazy! Maybe the women (& men) in Fl are affected by the heat... ;-)

Men don't put makeup on when they drive, but they sure as hell talk on their cells, and I've seen many working (writing or keyboarding) while driving. Stupid driving is gender-free.
Do you know her? Tell her she's dangerous to herself and others. Otherwise stay out of her way.

I don't measure driving ability by making mistakes and getting into accidents. I measure it by how many moving violations a person gets within a period of time. Speeding is just plain stupid and it raises your insurance rates everytime you get a ticket. I'm pretty good at handling cars and could speed if I wanted to. However, I like keeping my insurance rates low so that's why I don't do it. I have gotten only three speeding tickets in my 30+ years of driving. I also have not caused an accident in over 26 years. This was the last accident I was involved in that had a female driver. All the others since were caused by men who were driving carelessly. The last one I was involved in was caused by a speeding male driver who wasn't paying attention to his driving and he slammed into the back of my car at over 40 miles an hour. This accident occurred two years ago and was ruled to be completely his fault.

The same thing is happening in aviation, the more people getting involved, the more people you'll get who just dont take what they are doing serious enough. Perhaps Women do not have any interest in motorsport (therefore lack awareness of vehicle dynamics), or engineering/physics (to appreciate how dangerous a car is). Men though can be shocking drivers too.
The bad male drivers here are pushing overcontrol, and the bad Female drivers here are undercontrolling the vehicle. Out of those two situations I prefer to be near a bad male driver as to overcontrol means at least he is paying attention and has some level of car control.... wheras the bad Female seems to be a bit clueless to how to control the car. Either way bad fast drivers usually are simply not paying enough attention to the fragility of life and high chance of something unexpected happening. Bad slow drivers should have their licenses removed quite simply as they are proving they are not able to drive.

Id roll up to the car and say "oh, your a woman, that explains the bad driving"
Guys like cars, and despite us driving fast, we handle our cars a billion times better than a women would driving at our speeds. We also dont want to ruin our cars, so we don't make dumb mistakes like women.
Everytime ive been in an accident, its because some dumb broad doesnt know how to drive.
Relax, I know some women are good drivers, and some women are bad drivers. But whereas men get into accidents because we speed, women get into accidents because of plain old stupidity.

I think regardless of gender there isn't anything you can say. It will not do you a bit of good .people are gonna do what people are gonna do. If you have maybe close friends or family that do this. ( like for instance my mom talks on her cell while driving) you can say something like 'you know I care about you so much it really scares me when you drive while talking on the phone. ' but strangers sorry theres nothing you can do. you will have the brief satisfaction of having let off steam. but the other driver will just keep on doing the same thing. perhaps people close to her will convince her to change her habits . perhaps she will have an epiphany and change on her own. but rest assured change will not come because you angrily told her off. sorry .

Road rage IS scary. A friend of mine cut someone off (not purposefully) on her way up to the local college, and a man (NOT the person she cut off) who had witnessed this incident followed her for fourteen miles (tailgating her, yelling and screaming) all the way up to the college parking lot, where security guards had to interfere to make the man leave her alone so she could get from the parking lot to her class. And as I said before, this was NOT the man she cut off accidentally- but a bystander not even involved with the situation himself.
Scary, eh?

I used to drive on the freeways a lot, this kind of thing isn't restricted to women, I've seen tons of men doing all kinds of weird things while driving. I just tried to stay out of their way, when they have an accident I don't want to be part of it.

It is all a matter of confidence.
I usually have mercy on a female driver trying to do her best and stressed with the idea that she is under scrutiny of "someone watching over her",but no,I do not have ANY for those just focused exactly into getting all eyes on them at any cost

I've seen men do worse, eat a bowl of cereal in traffic, read newspaper in traffic, shave in traffic. men are just as idiotic whilst driving as women are.
