Sometimes I interrupt people. I don't mean to be rude, but when the thoughts pop into my head I want to say them before I forget them.

I'm very, very lazy. I could sit and watch rubbish on tv ALL day and be happy.
It takes monumental effort to make myself start my work, or (and what usually happens) iminent deadlines, then I work flat out.
I'm also greedy for rubbish food.
Most embarrassing thing to admit to would be masturbation, wouldn't it?

Using garlic in cooking. The problem is it has its after effects and could occassionally be embarassing.

i still suck my thumb sometimes when im really tired. i generally only do it when im alone, but if people do catch me doing it theyre really suprised....its a little embarrasing.
