I am planning to buy a vacation certificate on ebay for $15.00 ... it stays 3 nghts hotel stay in Ramada Orlando ... free stay on need to pay taxes ... also giving 2 free to tickets to a theme park.
Are these vacation certificate genuine and good ?
Plz advice.

most actually are legit but have rules and restrictions that make using them almost imposable. black out dates will leave you maybe two weeks that are available in a year. the hotel will have one room that qualifies for the free room and it will have already been booked. the tickets will require sitting through a time share presentation that takes a whole day. you get the idea your go crazy before you ever get a vacation out one of these deals.
