I actually like the first one. It is like half Hawaiian and half Spanish and/or Italian. Some people could nickname her Leila Kay for short. Or Laiko. Hey, that even sounds nice. That sounds nice for a boy....sorry, getting out of hand. Anyway, I like the first one. I hope this helps.

Personally I think Kaylannie Marie Oliveira Lourenco sounds very unique. It may just be because I know a few Priscilla's and one other Leila but something about that name sounds interesting kind of hawaii.
