where to get a shaymin on pokemon pearl

You have to get professor's oak letter to get the chance to fight shaymin through mystery gift. Then go to the route next to the pokemon league and shaymin will be at the monument found at the end of the road.
So far, shaymin is only available through cheating with action replay.

you cant uless you get action replay but dont get it since it messes up your game because someone told me that this guy used action replay and all his hms got deleted and anothe person told me tha some other person use action replay then it made a new game and if you use wifi and you used action replay then it could mess up your computer or router.
