Depends on if I thought I was going to have a horribly slow death, in which case, yes, I would drink the water. It'd be better to go crazy and die rather being rational and know that you're dying...slowly and painfully.

Ocean water has salt in it, and salt dehydrates you. because of the fact of this they use salt for protecting issues, because of the fact it sucks each and every of the liquid out. It does not improve your survival time, if something it would shrink it.

no way but you can give yourself an enima with ocean water to keep from dehydrating but with the right amount of plastic you can make pure water from salt water.

i have tasted it and UGH! it's AWFUL......its sooo hard to swallow it if it were on purpose, I would pray to find a spring well somewhere!
actually it makes you thirstier. so that's a no.
