Start with the impatient one huffing and walking back and forth. Have him say something about how he can't believe the bus is late and it's going to ruin his day. The more patient one can either be silent at first, which will just get the impatient one more riled up. "Didn't you hear me? Don't you care?" the impatient one could say. Then the patient one could say something about the bus is likely to come any minute now, that sometimes they're late. You could have the impatient one go into why he's in a hurry, to some important business meeting or something. The patient one can just be supportive, try to calm the other one down.

Then, you can always end it with a twist — someone from the bus company comes and says there's been an accident, that the bus hit a kid on a bike. Kid is going to the hospital, etc. Impatient one has an epiphany, realizing that there are other, more important things happening to people out there and well, he'll just take a cab then.
