George Jones....If Drinkin' Don't Kill Me, Her Memory Will.

Well my vote goes to Gary Stewart on this one. Think about it for a minute. "I've Got This Drinkin Thing", "Shes Acting Single, I'm Drinking Doubles", "Takin Me A Whiskey Trip" but then Merle has had some too and if Gary Had not decided to leave us I really believe that he had more where the others came from. On that note I think I'll have a cold one.

Oh my, I've got to choose between Jones and Haggard. They sure knew all about drinkin'! But, George Jones tells it in his face, and shows it best in his voice. Only George can do such amazing sounds with his voice. Alan Jackson said that George was nearly impossible to immediate!

All are good but my vote goes to the master of alcoholism..George Jones, He not only sings the songs, he lives them. I love his story about riding a tractor to get to the local bar because his wife pulled all the car key's from him. And besides, when George sings about his misery's you can almost feel his pain.

Gary Stewart. I just LOVE that "Empty Glass." And then there's Whiskey Trip, She's Acting Single, I'm Drinking Doubles and She's Got A Drinking Problem (And It's Me.) These songs are part of the soundtrack of my life.

making use of the record you offered i will bypass with narrow Whitman yet my actual favorites are Jimmie Rodgers, and Elton Britt. Patsy Montana replaced into the suitable lady yodeler for my area.
