The mol wt for stilbene is 180.24, this will be the same for both isomers. I looked up stilbene in the Merck Index, they don't include the density, probably because density is just about worthless in organic chemistry.

Hard to tell. cis-Stilbene melts at -5C, so its density is not well known. The molar mass of C6H5-CH=CH-C6H5 is 182.
