7 + 4m = 21
4m = 14
m = 14/4
m = 7/2 or 3.5

or 4m=14

you do 15 + 4 which is equals to 19
then you do 19 X m which is 19 m and them 19 x -2 which is -38 so now you have
15+4=19
19 x m= 19m
19 x 2=38

19m - 38=21
+38 +38
19m=59
19/19=0 59/19= 3.1

i think its right
I'm not really good at algebra, and i don't think this is has anything with like term like term would be like 5y+3m+7y 5 and 7 are like terms because they are Y
