i started on birth control about 2 months ago and my doctor told me that i would have slight bleeding after i start the pill.. i did for a couple of days but then havent gotten my period. by boobs have gotten bigger and my nipples are sore. my boyfriend wears a condom when we do have sex to be extra careful. should i take a pregnancy test?

Take a test. You should go to the website for your pill too, and read the full prescribing information. You might want to mention this to your doctor, as well- or even call the company that manufacturs the pill... they should have people on staff to answer your questions.

Yes It couldn't hurt to take a test that way you would know- some birth control pills can give you these symptons too though, but If I were you I would go get a test and take it.
