Yes several. First and foremost I became a Christian and second I quit drinking alcohol. I drink only coffee now and am better off doing that and getting to know the Lord and my Savior Jesus Christ has saved my life. I was in a coma for a week after my accident and I truely believe that the only reason I am alive is because the Lord wanted me here.

Quitting smoking, eating only 1-2 servings of meat a week, quitting hard core drugs, giving birth...twice, raising my kids on my own so as to not be an abused wife, working hard every day, expanding my knowledge through study and listening, working on my art skills regularly, daily...ok near daily exercise, taking an interest in myself and my connection to the rest of humanity and the universe we all are a part of...not beating all hell out of anyone who has made my time here more difficult, making decisions for myself and my family and living with the consequences , going to college and art school...take the time to enjoy some bit of natural beauty everyday...
