Most women in hollywood arent over 5'8''. Most women who have size 9 and higher are over 5'8''... you gotta have a great foundation to support such a tall building. I'm 5'10'', and i wear a 9. My feet look microscopic compared to the rest of me. My mom is 6'4'' and she wears a 12, with a women that tall, most people dont look at her feet.
Another thing to keep in mind about that quote... is where the article was written. The idea of a size 9 is huge, their number size is smaller than US sizes. In the UK, a size 9 in our sizes is there size 6 1/2.

I have a friend who's almost 6 feet tall and her shoe size is a 10 1/2.

Maybe you should consider reading deeper more meaningful materials than the foot size of Julia Roberts. Or are you just fascinated about celebrity feet.

I'm 5'9" and a size 10, and I've never had any trouble. I guess it matters how tall you are. If you are like 5' 1" and you have size 9 feet, then yes, it's going to look weird. But think of it this way: Paris HIlton is 5'8" and her shoes are size 11.

I think thats really mean of people to discriminate against women with big feet. I have a size 10 shoe.

Its not huge but it is on the bigger side. I would never stare or think it was weird though. I heard Paris Hiltons are either a 9 or a 10 too!

A size 9 is not to big.. i think that shoe size is fine. now if you are below 5'6 then yea im sorry to say but that is kind of big.. .. but it all depends on height diffrence .. im a size 9 so dont get self concious about it .. as long as you keep your feet looking well manicured your fine..

Depends on how tall you are I guess.
I'm a 6 and my friend's younger sister who's 14 has size 9 feet.

I don't think so. I can wear shoes from 8-9. I think once you get above nine, your feet are big but not huge. I would say 8 is around average so 9 isn't that bad!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

hell no im like 8 or 9 my lil sister is a 10 and her 5th grade friend is like a 10 1/2 its normal
