Where does it end? The next president will not want to give any of the powers over the people back that was given to bush. Suppose the next president goes off on a different track! He/ She wants a different line of power but does not want to relinquish any they inherited. And suppose that line of power steps on your toes for some reason! We have started down a very dangerous path with this president. One of the biggest is your right to Habeas Corpus. That right alone protects you from the government to force their will on you without any recourse on your part. That means, the government can arrest you, detain you, & jail you for as long as they want without you having a RIGHT to a trial, a lawyer or any visitation. Take a minute & think about this!!!!

When the Government lives up to the Constitution's provision to provide for the common defense why is it called "repressive"? Would you be saying that if a Democrat was in the oval office? Or is it just because a Republican is there?
