You may enjoy the Sherlock Holmes stories by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (you can read some of them here: http://www.gutenberg.org/catalog/world/results ) and his The Hound of the Baskervilles which you can read here: http://www.gutenberg.org/etext/2852
You may also appreciate Wilkie Collins' works like The Woman in White http://www.gutenberg.org/etext/583 or The Moonstone http://www.gutenberg.org/etext/155 or some others of his http://www.gutenberg.org/browse/authors/c#a98
The Father Brown detective stories by G.K. Chesterton http://www.gutenberg.org/catalog/world/results are excellent, too.
You don't like fantasy, but does this mean you don't enjoy horror? If you do, Edgar Allan Poe has some classic horror stories and poems. You can read them at http://www.online-literature.com/poe/ or look up certain titles like The Fall of the House of Usher, The Pit and the Pendulum, The Murders at the Rue Morgue and others at gutenberg.org.
How about Dracula by Bram Stoker http://www.gutenberg.org/etext/345 or Frankenstein by Mary Shelley http://www.gutenberg.org/etext/84 or The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson http://www.gutenberg.org/etext/14152 or The Phantom of the Opera http://www.gutenberg.org/etext/175 by Gaston Leroux or The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde http://www.gutenberg.org/etext/174
If you just want a list of good teen books - which you won't be able to read online for free as they'd be under copyright - you can search several lists. Fantasy will most likely be among those listed, but just ignore them. Here are some of them:

I hope this helps.
