Nothing. Since the phone does not test for the presence of THC they could simply say it was tobacco.

not much unless the police could get collaberating testimony from someone that was there. I mean, if all you have is a video of someone smoking something but you dont have anybody to make a statement that they were smoking weed, the cops are probably not going to have much of a case and are probably not going to pursue a conviction.
