Of those planning to vote liberally, how many viewed Ellen's meltdown and classified such emotional instability as a female trait, holding such against Hillary Clinton as a weakness and looking closer at Barack Obama for strong left-wing leadership?

I wanted everyone to know what it looks like when a question actually gets answered and isn't simply used as a solicitation for irrelevant argumentative vomit. see below

I don't believe it will do much damage. Sure there are those who feel that what one women of Hollywood does should actually be considered a reflection on the entire sex, but I don't believe the majority feels that way. Such logic applied universally would destroy the male campaigns as well.

This obviously has raised some doubt, otherwise the question wouldn't be there, but the asker of the question was probably not going to vote for Clinton in the first place.

I will say this event may serve as an affirmation or a strengthening of established sexism, but it not significant enough to breed new sexism.

It hasn't affected my family's votes. Go Hilary! I think Obama's just telling the public want they want to hear.

Why would what one woman does that affect another woman.
Does what Larry Craig done and ignorance and his speeches affect the way you would be as a Senator if you were running for the Senate.
This so foolish for you to even ask that question, that is the same thing if we ask you what Charles Manson done would affect the way you would act, go around murdering people. Your just looking for anything to run Hillary Clinton down, this the silliest question I have ever seen on answers.
Grow Up, Get a life. You might as well get ready because Hillary is our next great President along with her great husband Bill Clinton.

Be clear. Hillary blames the far right conspiracy and the political machine that has haunted her for years. However, if she took the left or right , depending on the day or event, FOOT out of her mouth, she may realize. Only Hillary will de-feet Hillary.

Republican's are smart enough to let her pass the primary. Obama is too wet behind the ears. Try in the next 4 unless he bends and takes VP???

Ellen? NO comparison. Openly married to a female partner? Maybe we could go there?

Does anyone care what ellen degeneres does or says?
Seriously?
She is a comedian. And she has a talk show....her opinion is not really that....Important.. is it?

I hope John Edwards gets the Dem nomination cuz otherwise Rudy Giuliani is the next president......It would be better than Bush at least.

The south is not voting for a woman or black guy. Its just not.
They cant win a general election. Unfortunatly racism and sexism is still alive and well.

Hate to be so graphic, but after menopause, the emotional swings are gone. She's 60 and is no doubt well past that stage of her life. I have never seen her become any more emotional than any of the male candidates. I like Obama but I think he has no idea what he is getting into. I think he should run later on.

Not much but I think Obama is a better choice myself. Do not get me wrong, I will vote Hillary if she gets the nomination but I do not think many of the masses of disgruntled Republicans would. Why would we want anther race that is close enough to manipulate a victory by the least ethical candidate?

I am rabid anti hillary but I don't see how this in any way is connected to Hillary. There is supposedly instability in her campaign but this really seems like Ellen freaking out because she screwed up and accidently wound up emotionally hurting a couple of kids.

Ellen cares about people & is a person who shows her feelings in public. Unlike Hillarywho is an ice queen and already ran her husbands Presidency. And I wouldn't not exactly call it a meltdown or emotional instability

But I like Obama 08.

Hillary doesnt care about the primaries, she thinks she already won. Lets prove her wrong!

Hopefully, enough to sink the boat of the Wicked Witch of America. Not that Obama is such a great choice either...what we Really need for the Democrats to do is to nominate LIEBERMAN of Connecticut. A truly intelligent independent who should win against ALL comers.

About as much damage as overly aggressive males do to the campaigns of the male candidates, which is--not a lot.

Anyone who thinks that they can base all women on one example REALLY needs to take a class in logic.
